We’ve been on job sites since most kids were still learning cursive. We’ve taken that early hands-on experience and built a process that’s as organized as it is personalized. One that keeps things moving smoothly, keeps you in the loop, and—dare we say it—actually makes construction enjoyable.
From your first phone call to the last piece of trim is installed, our steps are designed to eliminate the stress and bring your vision to life. Our clients often tell us they were nervous before we started and surprised by how much they enjoyed the process. Step 1: Discovery Call
You found us online or were referred to us, now what? Most of our clients fill out the form on our CONTACT US page or you can call our number directly. Our first phone conversation is to understand what type of project you are focusing on, the scope of work, timelines, and discuss budget goals.
Step 2: Pre-Construction Meeting
One of our Vikings (Project managers) will meet with you at your home to put eyes on your project area. At this meeting, measurements and pictures will be taken. We will thoroughly discuss your home remodeling project in great detail. We will also discuss material selections, finalize your budget, and start pulling permits. Don’t worry, this is where it gets exciting.
Step 3: Construction Time
The construction has begun! All your choices have been made and ordered and our trusted Viking team is making sure your home is prepped before demo day. Once all dust protecting is in place, we go to work transforming your once dated space into your favorite room in the house. During this time, we make sure to keep in constant contact with you via text, email, or phone calls. And yes, if you’re not staying in the home while we work, we will send you updated photos every step of the way. We also make sure our team cleans before leaving for the day so you can safely walk through the area being remodeled to take a peek if you’d like.
Step 4: Post Construction
Once your remodeling project is completed, we will schedule a final walk through with your project manager. This is where we look at your space together and get your seal of approval. But wait, there’s more. Once we leave you to enjoy your new remodel, it is covered by our 5 year workmanship warranty.

Viking gutted an existing bedroom in our 100-year old house back to the studs and floor joists. They installed sleepers on the floor joists before covering with new plywood. The walls and ceiling were covered in drywall and primed.The floor boards were re-used to the trim the windows, doors, and closets. New closets were installed and old kitchen cabinets were inside the closet for new storage. Viking’s work is excellent and we received a good value for the spend. We will hire them again for our next project.

Viking Brothers exceeded our expectations in every way. Dave is great with communicating and the timeline was spot on. Every person who worked in my house was friendly and willing to take time to explain things to me/answer my questions. We are enjoying our beautiful updated basement and plan to hire them for future projects.
I contracted with Viking Brothers to pull down a chimney and patch the roof where the chimney protruded. They arrived promptly and worked diligently through the day.They were professional and friendly. Everything was completed as contracted. I looked at the roof after and if I didn’t know the chimney was there beforehand, I would have guessed it never had one. I could not tell between the original roof and the patch, they did a great job. I will contact them again for future renovations.
Viking Brothers replaced the deck on the front of our house. Dave was very responsive and has excellent communication with the customer during the entire process. The workmanship is outstanding and the crew is very professional.

Viking Brothers staff completed 3 tile projects for us and a bathroom remodel (tile and plumbing reconfiguration). Each project is gorgeous (even though different staff did the tile work for the three projects). Consistent quality and attention to detail. Highly recommend!
